After completing a literature degree and working as a teacher, Ben moved into resource management before joining the founding team of Synoptix to head up its Operations. Synoptix's rapid growth in Systems Engineering domain gave Ben the opportunity to expand his management portfolio, and to increase both his technical and leadership skills by completing an MSc in Management and Information Systems.
Due to the sustained growth of Synoptix, Ben’s department was converted to a directorate in 2021, and he is now an established board executive, contributing to the shaping of values and strategy while continuing to lead the Operations team in delivering Synoptix supporting infrastructure.
