· Apply to a public role we may have advertised through LinkedIn or via an external job board
· Submit your CV via the website with role reference or general interest in working at Synoptix
Initial Telephone Call:
· Someone from the team will be touch for a phone call with you. This will cover your current and previous experience, the role in question, insights into working at Synoptix and any questions you may have.
· After this call we will internally discuss your suitability for the role you’ve applied to, or other opportunities that might be more relevant
Interview Process:
· We run a two-stage interview process. First interview typically done remotely, we explore technical experience, determine company fit and answer your questions.
· Post interview, someone from the resource team will call you to discuss, either provide feedback for not proceeding, or arrange second interview.
· Second interviews, typically in person at Synoptix offices. Opportunity to see working environment, meet some key stakeholders. Interview typically more focussed around a given technical area or project.
Offer and Onboarding:
· If successful, someone from the team will be in touch to make an offer. This will include headline remuneration and package items.
· If offer acceptance, we will agree a start date and begin the onboarding process

Sam Ross
Sam is the Talent Manager at Synoptix and overseas the whole recruitment journey, including the onboarding and offboarding process. Sam is responsible for sourcing and placing high-quality technical professionals across Systems Engineering, Cyber Security and Technology domains. Working with key stakeholders to drive the resourcing strategy, Sam ensures the recruitment process is a smooth and positive experience.
Emily King
Emily is our Internal Recruiter, she supports the business with technical and operational hires, acting as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process and facilitating steps from initial contact to onboarding. She plays a key role in the identification of top talent, engagement with senior stakeholders and interviewing to meet the needs of Synoptix.
